Note: Only the administrator account can Delete a new email account.
- Log in to your administrator mail account through the web using
"admin@yourdomainname.com" where "yourdomainname"
is your actual domain name as your userID.
- From the list menu under "Administrative Accounts Option,"
select "User Administration."
- In the list menu, select the user name you want to delete and click
on the "Delete" button.
