Managing Email Accounts FAQ - Adding Processing Rules

  1. Log into the account that you want to create the rule in.

  2. Under the Right drop down menu, select Change Processing Rules



  3. Next, choose Add.



  4. Choose a Field to search and if it containts or does not contain the Phrase to be entered.




  5. Type in the phrase that you would like to filter for, and if you want it to be case sensitive, then choose Add Condition



  6. After the page reloads, scroll down to the Rule section. If you have multiple rules, you will need to add insert AND or insert OR to allow the program to filter out the mail correctly.



  7. At the bottom of the page, please select how you want the message to be dealt with, then click on finish to add the rule.
