Note: Only the administrator account can delete an email account.
- Log in to your administrator mail account through the web using
"admin@yourdomainname.com" where "yourdomainname"
is your actual domain name as your "Full email address".
- From the list menu under "Settings,"
select "Email Accounts ."
- In the email accounts menu, click
on the "delete" next to the user you want to delete.
- Once you have clicked "delete", select "OK" to confirm the deletion of user.
