What services you support?

What limits do you place on the material that you host?
We do not allow illegal material to be hosted on our servers. Any material found to be illegal will immediately be reported to the authorities. We also forbid our servers to be used to send bulk email or SPAM email. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and U.S. checks. Check order payments require a minimum of a yearly payment. If you would like to pay monthly, you can do so using your credit card.

What type of SSL certificate do you support?
You can use www.flarehosting.com's SSL certificate as a shared cert. Or on selected plans any standard SSL certificate you wish to install ($15 installation fee). We recommend, www.instantssl.com, www.geotrust.com, www.thawte.com, and www.verisign.com

How many SQL database is included in the Business and Developer plan?
Business plan can have one 200MB SQL 2000 database. Developer plan can have two databases that share the 400MB SQL disk space. Additional SQL database can be purchased from our sales department.

How many SQL database user can I have?
You can have 2 SQL users per database (one for dbo, one for data access). Additional SQL database users can be purchased from our sales department.

What are the limit for your email service?
We do not allow SPAM/Unsolicited emails and we do not allow Bulk emails. Emails are limited to 500 per 24 hour period otherwise it is considered bulk email. Mailbox size are limited to 50MB(100MB on Smarter Mail) for the entire domain. Attachments are limited to 5MB.

Domains take up to 72 hours to process. For domain transfers the start time begins when you approve the domain transfer.

Does your service include dialup and DSL access to the Internet?
No it does not. Unlike many other hosting services, who share bandwidth with dialup, DSL and web hosting clients, our hosting service does not include dialup access. This allows us to keep enough bandwidth open to guarantee the speedy delivery of your web sites.
